Meet the charming Khanya ...

I studied accounting at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology as well as have a law degree from the Univeristy of Cape Town.
During my studies I tried to start a radio station and in 2007 I entered the Goodhope FM campus radio search, although I unfortunately fell out in the first round.
 
I used to manage promotions on my campus and this led to my first break into the corporate world at the age of 22. In 2012 I was selected as a finalist for the MTV base VJ search, something that would happen to me again in 2014 when I made it to the final round.
 
In 2013 I entered the Jo Ann Strauss online presenter search and also the GoodHope FM campus DJ search, both in which I made it all the way to the finals.
 
I regulary MC events and am a basketball coach. In 2014 started a radio show in the graveyard shift Saturday and Sundays on Goodhope FM that eventually got extended to Mondays through to Fridays.
 
Fun Fact: Khanya started a show on the University of Cape Town’s UCT Radio called Bread and Butter that he calls his heart and soul. He clearly has a love & passion for radio, can’t wait to see how he will do on TV during our competition!
