Episode 2: Cape Town Auditions
The Mother City brings the heat at the Cape Town auditions, with thousands of contestants lining up outside the DHL Newlands Rugby Stadium and many of whom spent the night before camping outside to ensure their place in the queue.
Day one featured first-round judges: Expresso presenter Graeme Richards, Umhlobo Wenene radio DJ Spitch Nwazumbi and SABC 3 Acting Brand Manager Smangele Mauka and on day two - Pasella presenter Sean Marco Vorster, 5FM DJ Tumi Voster and Metro FM DJ Khanya "kyeezi" Siyengo all of whom were entertained & impressed over the Saturday & Sunday.
Expect characters such as an ex-military armourer with a surprising amount of confidence, a theatre trained actor with dreams of transitioning to TV and of course the lucky contestants who made it to callbacks with our main judges DJ Fresh, Jeannie D, Patience Stevens & Sbusiso Khumalo!
